Pearl Jam's Stone Gossard previews his new album on soundcloud. If you want to hear more of the tracks hit the widgets 'Souncloud' button (bottom right) and there's more. Here's no.7 in the list I 'Don’t Want to Go to Bed' where he weaves a clever arrangement of rhythm guitar, piano, synth and some sensational kit work into a deep sound of isolation. The album is called Moonlander and if this track is a sample of what's to come this will be a fine record.
“This song came from a darker place than the other songs on the record. In terms of the lyric, it’s a straight metaphor for leave me alone, lock the door, and don’t tell me what to do.”
