jeff beck and zz top on tour

ZZ Top and Jeff Beck are touring the States at the moment, and the boogie bothers have not lost the opportunity of a jam with the maestro for a couple of their encores.
Here's a riotous 4 minutes of a classic Hooker riff turned Top favourite "La Grange" with Beck and Billy Gibbons exchanging solos.
By this time of the evening the audience are nicely juiced for the party and Billy and Co are having some fun, accompanied to shouts of "yah.. that's what I'm talkin' about" and glasses half full you know it's a good night when a pair of crutches are held high at the winery.
Beck's searing solos have taken the sound of a fender to an entirely different level for some years now, it's instantly recognisable in this wall of boogie. Billy kicks home the finish with a cheeky finish.
Catch them all over the States until September 13th.
Here's a front row seat of the party at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, Woodinville, Washington (Seattle) taken just 6 days ago.
