Here's the first solo single by Soundgarden's bassist Ben Shepherd. Released under the group title of HBS, which sounds a bit like a Bank here in the UK, but is actually his intials. In August he follows the single with an album 'Deep Owl' that's reportededly taken 4 years to finish.
How does that work we wonder. Surely after 4 years the music you began has completely evolved into something entirely different. But to pay Ben his dues the man stuck with it and will come up with something kinda wonderful if the twisty turny thing of a progressive metal single 'Baron Robber' has got anything to go by. .
(..aw missed a trick there Ben, should have called it Bank Robber). Turn this one up though it's good.
