From a small independent festival spread by word of mouth the Austin Psych Festival has come along way. This year (26-28th April) the festival now goes into it's 6th year with an ever expanding line up of artists.
This event is fast becoming the psychedelic Woodstock (be it somewhat more commercial) for a new generation, with it being held for the first time at the completely outdoor venue of Carson Creek Ranch. Described impressively as a 58 acre ranch on the banks of the Colorado River just five minutes from 'downtown' Austin, and of course being Texas fine weather will be the added bonus.
