It happened between 1967 and 1970 and sure enough no one was the winner, they all came and went in short time.
The three Surrey teenagers originally formed as Souvenir Badge Factory and possibly had the best reason for the ownership of the name released their single "Path Through The Forest" in 1968. It has since become a psychedelic classic with the original vinyl reaching 4 figure prices.
Fortunately to hear this priceless artifact today we don't need to pay the sort of price that would have kept the group in a veritable mountain of trips in the late 60's.
