In 2008 the bass drum that appears on the front cover of Sgt Pepper was sold by Christies in London for over half a million (£). It wasn't a real drum but a prop and is probably worth double that by now.
But what really is priceless is the 4 track breakdown of the track itself. Originally recorded on 4 track reel tape by bouncing certain instruments to one of the 3 channels. The fourth being reserved for the audience effect.
You'll hear the 4 channels separately and then all together.
Channel 1 GREEN at 0:00 : Drums, 2 guitars, and bass
Channel 2 BLUE at 2:24 : Horns and punched-in lead guitar
Channel 3 RED at 4:40 : Vocals
